Question In need of scheduling software

    Hey all,

I am wanting to help out the company I work for. They are in need of a scheduling software which client site supervisors can add schedules to and see what "flex officer" is available to work. The idea is to find one available, make sure he or she can fill the position and then update the software/database to reflect that he is not available for such day. The system would also need to allow supervisors to login and add their schedules to show who works what and whats days people are off and whether or not they are flex officers or not. Such a system would not only make my scheduling part of management easier but it would help the main branch schedule guy as well...

    Any suggestions, folks?

Scheduling software has been discussed in a number of threads on the forums, such as this one:

There are a lot of choices out there, and different employers will need different features in a scheduling application. We certainly don't know enough about your company's operation to make any firm recommendations.

One that you might consider is DRoster from Kappix. They have a fairly limited freeware edition and a reasonably priced Premium edition with a free trial period.
