Wage and labor board collected back pay for employees in December 2011 and there may be
negligence cases not reported to OSHA.
Negligence means many things : long hours with no food , coersing you into thinking you are breaking the law if you leave a inmate because they don't have another guard showing up for work,
Being exhausted for working long hours and putting your life in jepordy, having no firearm for protection, etc.
