There are many questions that are based on specific Join Commission policies/guides so if you want to get these right, I highly suggest you actually read the accompanying book first prior to taking the test. I never correct spelling except that here the error might cause some confusion. The poster is referring to the Joint Commission - formerly JCAHO or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. And since Joint Commission standards cover many areas that have nothing to do with security, I presume that he is speaking specifically about those that come under the title "Environment of Care".
