Is there anyone else that is getting spammed with these ridiculous 419 emails?
For the past few years I have been getting these spam emails from people I don't know claiming that their rich father, uncle, Husband or what ever they can think up has passed away & they want me to give them either my email address or bank account details to deposit a large sum of money into it.
At first I just laughed it off, then I started blocking their emails but they kept finding ways around that.
At one stage I had a Mr Robert Green claiming to be an FBI agent claiming that some had left me a large sum of money & he wanted to deposit into my bank account.
Now I see they are trying a new tactic.
They are sending you emails via face book.
I just wonder how many people are gullible enough to fall for this ridiculous trick.
Below is a message I received in my Facebook inbox which is one website I hardly ever visit.

Being in business I have a number of email accounts and get my share. I block the sender whenever I can.

In S.A. it is usually the Nigerians that do this kind of nonsense.
The police have caught a few but the more you catch the more they become.

Just shows you what a small world this is.
I thought that S.A. was the only country with the Nigerian problem.
