Friday morning I had a dental check up. { Yes HS we Tea Party people have one tooth}
My Dental Hyghenist and I were chatting about the game of Golf
Her boyfrend plays Golf.
I almost fell out of the dental chair
Her boyfriend has Top of the LIne in golf equipment. $2,500 !!!!
WTF.
Yes it is a rich man and rich woman's sport
I thought about playing Golf, but when it comes to insulating my home
or new brakes for the Impala, Golf loses
And kind of sad. There are no less than 4 top quality Golf Courses in my town
So good, Tiger Woods played in my town
Too bad Curtis won't see this. He's on the links and HS is his caddy
And yes indeed it is a small world. My dentist's dad and I served togther in the Navy
in 1969-1971 at Naval Stations Newport, Rhode Island

Nope no golf - I had a big garage sale. Nobody wanted the garage because the house was attached to it.

When my wife began our days with a realtors in Phoenix, I was up front not to show us homes and communities that hugged
the fareways or the 18th hole of some prestigious golf course in Scittsdale or Phoenix
I have never played the game, although i would go out on course with some buddies of mine
Never watched the PGA. LPGA, Augusta open. And I have very good golf courses in my town
I am a hard person to teach. Maybe my low I.Q. At 62 if I have not taken up golf, i doubt I will.http://www.laurel-and-hardy.com/ Greatest Comedy team ever!

Holy cow. For a game?
I almost wet my pants before I bought my new computer. it cost me $1,700, making it my third largest purchase ever (after my car and my wife's wedding ring). But I needed something reliable and fast for school, and I was getting sick of buying the absolute cheapest laptop I could find and having to replace it every 2 years or so.
Still, I bet the people who design, build, sell, pack, ship, deliver, and maintain $2,500 golf clubs are glad there are people out there who buy them, or they'd be looking for other work.

My dad's philosophy on golf: "'Golf' spelled backwards is 'flog', and why would anyone WANT to go out and flog themselves in a sport where you are SUPPOSED to be below average?"
As far as I'm concerned, it's a valid philosophy.
Besides, days that are "perfect for golfing" are much better spent on 2 wheels.
