DHS and the FBI have alerted US law enforcement to possible attacks by "lone wolves" in connection with the one year anniversary of Bin Laden's death coming up. No specific threats have been mentioned in the United States.
I haven't found a decent link to news sites; I'll add that one radio report I heard said that transportation infrastructure and churches should be "extra aware."

What's the date? I'm going down with my father again this year for the VFW convention in Wildwood New Jersey & will be stopping in New York on the way down & the way back.
I enforce rules and regulations, not laws.

Bin Laden death date
April 30, 2011 or May 1, 2011 (because of the time zones / date line). New York is on alert, so factor in possible delays.
Obviously overseas the threat is higher (Afghanistan, Yemen) because of confirmed "chatter."
Have a safe trip, and let's all pray for all serving in harm's way.
