My chief grips:
)Employers that hire way too many guards because they want a bunch of "hungry" guards begging for hours.
)Employers that take your offer of being "flexible" to mean a different set of shifts every week, even when the posts are constant.
)Employers that think showing up at the office to drop off keys or paperwork shouldn't be paid time/mileage.
)Employers that think two 4 hour shifts will "work for you".
)Employers that make you look dumb by not keeping track of clients keys/schedules, or letting you know who is who at client site.
)Employers that have lame payroll with no one person really in charge, so the odd shifts and extra hours become a chore to get paid for.
)Employers that blatantly lie to clients, putting you in position of either going along with lies or 'turning on' your employer(and job).
