I know this has been mentioned previously on the forum, but apparently the Washington Post (and Congress) just got wind of it. (This is "news" because new legislation is on the table about how to deal with the threat.)
Anybody in infrastructure or communications should take notice - we know the electrical grid is vulnerable. Because of heavy reliance on computers and "real time" images, commanders and civilian managers need to look at our C3I vulnerabilities.
