I've done a little bot of everything. Worked LP at Bloomingdales, over night security at a 24 hour corner store, overnights at a best western, Mall security officer, and housing security as well as the clubs. For the past 6 years I worked at a rollerskating rink (4 of those years as director of their security) here in one of Bostons most violent districts. I've worked a few other tasks in the more violent areas out here, nothing really worth mentioning. However due to early onset arthritis in my knee (as well as new management at the rink cutting the security dept budget) I left and went to US Security Associates which was the worst experience in my life as far as dealing with companies. After a lot of b.s. i came back to AlliedBarton and now I get paid a good amount per hour with tons of overtime available to sit down most the night and take it easy. I'm in the process of getting my firearms permit, and then on to my Special Police Officer commission.

Currently I supervise a large condominium complex in a high risk, high crime area of a major metropolitan area of Texas. I also supervise other properties in the absence or unavailability of the Captain.

We are in the middle of the ghetto. All stores get LP.
    Some stores get contract security.

I am a Sergeant with a Community College District Police Department, I'm currently Lead Officer and Coordinator of Campus Police Services at a Satellite/Community Campus of about 1200 enrolled students. Next May will mark my 14th year with the College Police.

Before coming to the College I worked for a Small town Police Department as a part time patrolman while working full time for a Hospital Police Department (as a non-sworn member), before that I worked in the county jail, and before (and during) that I worked on a couple Federal contracts.
