Ground Zero Group Corporation is in need of 1099 contractors who have knowledge with Cisco router products for installs, deinstallations, turn ups, troubleshooting, cabling, and other assorted tasks.
This is an on-demand position, technicians will be subject to call out (up to 10 days in advance) of scheduled service. Additionally, technicians may (on some calls) be able to request a service window for client approval.
Pay is 20 dollars per hour, with a two hour minimum pay. If you are on-site for 15 minutes, you are paid 40 dollars. If you are on-site for 4 hours, you are paid 80 dollars. If you are on site for 6 hours, we'd really like to know why.
Typical duties install tuning up a new Ruby Tuesdays or McDonalds (under construction) for a national telecom giant, replacing old network devices with new black boxes, running 100 feet of CAT5 cable from a demarc to a closet above a manager's desk, and turning on an international telecommunication company's router because nobody on site is allowed to touch it.

Oh, and we pay mileage for travel overages. They'll want to send you up to 100 miles out sometimes, and they will pay every mile they put on your car if you accept.
