So let me get this straight: A four day course certifies you Internationally? Really? So you have reciprocity to work in any and all countries? Four days... Four days is just about enough time to start learning formations.:rolleyes:

I think its taking a course that is accredited by an industry association. Like an IFPO CPO or ASIS certificate. Having an ASIS certificate won't do anything for initial state licensing or POST, but states recognize its usefulness to the industry as far as continuing education for licensees.
