This is a link to the latest (2005) P100 standards for federal buildings and includes chapters for all subsystems that can be viewed separately for those who specialize in a particular subsystem (e.g., electrical, mechanical, security, etc.) and don't necessarily wish to download the whole thing.

NOTE: This material assumes the reader has some working knowledge of the systems in question and the trade terms related to them. It doesn't teach about them. With that said, it's probably good even for anyone interested only in a particular subsystem to read the first chapter about general requirements, which explains how the standard is intended to fit into the maze of other federal standards, national codes, local codes, zoning ordinances, etc.

Amen SecTrainer! These new standards were as a result of the first bombing of one of twin towers where all facilities were located in the same location and shebang, all suport services are lost and or fatally compromised.
Thank you for bringing it to the attention of the forum.
Enjoy the day with C,
Bill
