In August of 2007 I requesting many in the EP community to participate in a survey on professional ethics. After all of the results were compiled I am providing them in a PDF format for your review at the link below.
Once again thank you for your interest and assistance and I hope this survey assists others who are new to the field.

We wanted a sampling of 500 and came up with 179 completed forms. However- what I would like to do is continue the process and hope that in 2010 we can update this with a more extensive sampling.
As always your participation in this study is entirely anonymous. Your identity will not be recorded in any way as part of this survey. Your honesty in providing your objective opinions and experiences is absolutely critical to the accuracy of our study.
The only prerequisite is you have worked in the field for one year or longer. You may access and complete our questionnaire online at the S2 Institute web site: http://www.s2institute.com/survey.php
