Which Sec. Companies are the best to apply to as an Armed Guard in So. CAL?

I live in Southern California, and was wondering if there are any companies that are known for being good companies to work for, with benefits, pays highest in the field, and treats its employees well? Are there any to stay clear of? Any and all suggestions welcome! I know it sounds like a dream list, but there's got to be a couple companies out there, right? Thanks ahead of time!!!

Just a thought, if you've worked armed at least 3 years, or have past military or LE experience, try SC Edison at the San Onofre Nuclear Plant. They pay very well, have excellent benefits, etc.
