Here's another good resource pertaining to protection of intellectual property (IP):
Secrets Stolen, Fortunes Lost: Preventing Intellectual Property Theft and Economic Espionage in the 21st Century (http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Stolen-Fortunes-Lost-Intellectual/dp/1597492558/ref=si3_rdr_bb_product) by Christopher Burgess and Richard Power. I know that Burgess had a long career in the CIA and he knows his stuff. Power is a cybersecurity expert of some note.

The book is unusual because it has material that the reader can adapt to create a customized IP protection program with assessment tools, presentations, training materials, and advice on how to sell the need for IP security to upper management. Well worth a look-see for both security managers and consultants.

SecTrainer this and other contributions to this forum which at the very least have and continue to be intellectually fertile and heuristically stimulating approaches to badly needed security improvements.
With gratitude and joy to your day,
