Federal EFMJ new ammo

Hello all,
has anyone had any experience with the new EFMJ federal round in .40 s&w.The design really interests me.If you can get expansion without the plugging problem and the reliability of a FMJ it would be wonderous.Any comments or info would be great.

Someone noted that they're not performing as well as regular JHP. I've seen them only marketed for tactical operations, and for agencies that require FMJ rounds.
