Armed hospital Security

Does anyone know if all of the hospitals in Arizona are armed, and if they are what do they carry, and how hard is it to get on with the security staff.

Actually, while researching hospital security k9 units, I spoke with people representing a total of about 13 hospitals in Pheonix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tuscon. All of them had k9, none of them were armed...
