There are no established standards for CCTV or security systems in general. NFPA is taking a shot at something - they started as standards but I believe have found there is no concensus and will call them guidelines.

That being said, most designers follow best practices and there is no way one of us could provide that info here- there is too much. Personally, it has taken me years to get to the level that I am at. You are just asking for too much. Try to narrow the focus of your questions and you will get good input from forum members.
