Virtual Roll Call

Hi everyone,

I am an officer in a 60 Officer Hospital Security Department in Ohio. My new chief made an announcement about wanting to start up a virtual roll call to better communicate. We cannot have a traditional roll call because we have officers reporting to 5 different sites over a wide area.

Does anyone have a virtual roll call system that you may be able to give me more information on? After searching the internet, I can't seem to find anything of the sort.

The idea that originally popped into my head after hearing this would be that of a forum style website that all the officers could log on to and get information for the day.

Site and Time Management Systems have these programs - and each team leader / supervisor should be briefing each person on anything out of the ordinary. If you have 2 person sites then they should be logging in or be calling into a system for their briefs.
