Israel Ramirez, 29, was shot in the chest outside the building where rap artist Busta Rhymes was filming a video. One unidentified source stated security had asked a group of rowdy men to leave 30 minutes earlier. The shooting is still under investigation.

This may sound trite, but if anything screams "round peg in a square hole," I don't know what would qualify.
It would appear no one anticipated trouble, forgetting what has happened when these events take place.
