A $650,000 jury award against Clear Channel was given to a Hanover, Washington County couple after security personnel were reportedly abusive to them at a concert on June 10, 2003. The story details theft of the complainants' tickets, severe assault dished out by the security personnel, and a ticket for disorderly conduct issued to the concert-goers by a police officer working the venue while they were at the first aid tent.
