What kind of information have you obtained from there?? Is it worth the money, and has anyone else used this service?

I'd rather use a provider that's large, trusted, and follows appropriate laws such as Intellus, Checkpoint, TRW, etc.
Any company that makes me fill out a waiver as a licensed PI firm to recieve restricted information under US and WI law is alot better than a fly by night that says nothing about those restriction laws.
Don't forget, depending on where you are, you can develop alot more intelligence about people, as well, through public sources.
Also, security companies are supposed to be able to get access to FBI background checks regardless of state requirements as part of an anti-terror bill signed in 2004.

if you'll trust me, i would say that it really worked, at first i have doubt about it. but i've proven that its legal and fully organized database, i got to access information that i want about practically anyone in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Having whois'ed the domain, I am now extremely distrustful of this resource, and note the following:
1. The payment processor for "unlimited-backgroundcheck.com" is RegNow, which is a third party payment processor akin to PayPal. RegNow is usually used by those folks who either distrust or have bee shut down by PayPal. Having worked with groups who rely on donations for the operation of their websites, I'm quite familiar with the cheap payment processors.
2. Nowhere on the website does it indicate who the company behind this is. The Whois information for this site has been masked by the SecureWHOIS company, a provider of masked whois information. There is no indication that a reputable information broker is behind this site.
3. Nowhere is it mentioned in reference to the amount of information that you get that you must submit a private investigation or security company license to comply with federal and state DMV records laws and "driver information opt-out." Reputable dealers honor the provisions of those laws, and also have access to the complete database, and can provide security and PI companies with "blocked records" pursuant to federal and state exemptions to the driver privacy act.
4. From the FAQ, it states your not able to find a SSN number unless your a "licensed member of law enforcement." Again, PI agencies, bailbondsmen, and a few others are authorized to pull up credit report headers (not the full report) which would contain the skip's SSN. It also talks about using FOIA to determine people's records.
This looks like yet another company that charges you a fee, then runs over to 1-800-USSearch to find out the publically available information on someone.

well thanks for providing great tip but as far as im concern and as long as my expectations are met. Doesnt matter whether its has 3rd party, im contented with the feed information thru my computer and it had been a great help to verify my the clients.

The best background check is the one you do yourself.
Indeed. If I want a database provider, I want a provider, not someone to "do the work for me." I want to make sure that they're doing it right.

yes its really the best way to find out whether the system works or not. its just sad and i cant imagine just by putting a name on it would reveal something not suppose to be revealed

Good point. Before I was hired as a police dispatcher, they assigned a police investigator to check my background. They left no stone unturned, even going back to my high school records after 22 years. The investigator also showed up at my residence, unannounced, for a 1 hour interrogation about any records uncovered during the investigation. They also want to look around while they are in your home for any clues about your lifestyle and habits. The background check takes at least a month.
The good news is that they couldn't find one shred of 'dirt' on me. The other dispatchers kept pressing the investigator for the scoop, but there was none. Sorry :)

Hi
I just thought id throw this in there for those that perform background checks on people in MN or just want to see if they can find out something about someone that they might want to know more about.
Maybe you already know about these sites or whatever but thought id add this in there since were talking about background websites etc.
http://mncriminals.com
Is a free Mn background check website, all you do is register your username and password all you need. You can run it by First and lastname dont need a dob but if you find the person your looking for and record shows up the dob will be displayed along with all records. This database is from the BCA in minnesota.
https://cch.state.mn.us/Forms/SubjectInfo.aspx
This is the MN BCA site which Requires NO registration and only thing you need is First,Last and DOB. also dont forget to check your local courthouse public terminal for local records that might not be at the Bca level, which would give you more Misd, petty, judgements etc. Each county holds there own records so if you know the subject lived in 3 counties well going to have to check each county court records.
I think the state of MN is working on a site just for this so the public can access public court records from the internet. Some states and counties already have this in place. i have a very large bookmark of different state and county court records sites. so if your interested be more then happy to share the links.
These are just a few of the sites i have i think you will find very interesting, some of these are local jail records, and stolen vehicle sites.

Here's one to add for your list, since I didn't see it up there. Their newest version is still a little buggy, (they just revamped it last month), but it works for all of WA state.
