does the livescan bring up juvenile records? i asked someone from a security company and she said juvenile records are sealed when you turn 18 in california. does anyone else know?

Juvenile Records are not sealed from the State itself. Contact BSIS to find out if your juvenile record disqualifies you for a PPO license. It may say on their website.

Juvi records are not sealed, unless done so at the request of cousel or others at trial or any completion of conditional release agreement, etc..in most cases that is. You will also not pull up a record if it was ever expunged.
