Our company will be expanding at the beginning of next year (late Jan. early Feb.).
I would like to know if anyone here has technical background on any of the following:
1. CCTV including thermal
2. Solar electric systems
3. Hydraulic systems
4. mechanical assembly
5. Ground based terrain radar
6. Electrical
A security clearance is not necessary but helpful. Past military experience a plus. Training available. Relocation not available (at this time but may change)
I know this is not security guard related but is for Homeland Security as well as military.
Any questions let me know.

Rooney, do you really need the equipment? Do you know how much it costs and where it will go and whom shall have the monitoring responsibilities?
Enjoy the day,
Bill

Bill: He's a VAR and manufacturer of defense products. :) He isn't buying it, his company sells products that operate with those disciplines for perimeter survellience and target recongition.

This was for anyone interested in a job in this field.
The equipment costs are $50k to $1 mil. depending on how they want it configured. The monitoring can be done by them or us, whichever they prefer.
We have had people request our systems for facility security. They also wanted us to supply guards with pda's to recieve alarms and video. We currently are not in the guard business. Do you know of any businesses that might be interested in joint venture such as this? We have had calls from all over the U.S. and U.K. requesting information about our systems and security firms that utilize them.
