Remote view: Not working

Hello from Texas,

I have a new system, PCDVR with 8 cameras, this is for home use.
I'm using a home build PC, Window 7, 500 gigabyte master, and 1 terabyte slave for the video storage. I am only having problem with remote viewing.
I have opened a “pinhole" in my firewall, set up passwords for the PCDVR, I know the public IP address. The page will start to load, than, nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Recheck everything then call manufacturer tech support. Unfortunately if it is not a widely known name brand, we cannot help with the DVR program portion. I'm sure some on here can assist if it is a communications problem.

You may go for the manual presented by the manufacturer for that particular product to get the video on remote location. It seems like you are missing some configuration.

Maybe you could check and read the manual first and recheck everything with your connections. Something's might not have put in its proper place.
